The Best for Weight Loss (Part-II)

Fast weight loss, best exercises for weight loss, foods for weight loss

In part-I of this article I discussed about the obesity the fast spreading epidemic and about the importance of acupuncture to curb it. In this article we will discuss some more aspects about this therapy.
The acupuncture therapy is not only effective in controlling the excessive weight but it is also being widely used to cure other human organ problems like kidney problems, liver problems, lung problems and nervous system etc.
The principle of acupuncture therapy is simple. Specific points on skin are selected in specific problems and needles are inserted to a certain depth. This stimulates the release of a special hormone called endorphin and the patient feels relaxed and calm.
In this way many problem like stress, anxiety and frustration are also overcome. These three problems are also main cause of obesity as a person with these problems starts overeating.
When the acupuncture treatment for reduction of weight is taken in the guidance of an experienced and well trained acupuncturist, you may feel the good results in a very short time. It is a natural therapy and removes the main cause of obesity like stress, anxiety or frustration. A person will begin to improve his eating habits as he feels relaxed after the therapy treatment.
In a weight loss program the acupuncturist recognizes the treatment point after diagnosing the patient thoroughly. He keeps acupuncture needles inserted in the certain points for about 45 minutes in a session. One or two sessions per week may be necessary for about 10 or 12 weeks depending upon the level of obesity.
During the treatment acupuncturist try to improve patient’s metabolism system to reduce food cravings and increase blood circulation in whole body. He may suggest some measures to change the life style the patient is living. The acupuncturist controls the cholesterol level in the body by reducing anxiety, suppressing appetite and re-energizing the whole body.
Acupuncture therapy improves overall health by improving blood circulation system and nervous system of a human body. This is not only the needle insertion technique but also involves intake of herbs and natural nutritional supplements. More emphasis is given on breath exercises and massage of abdominal. Ear acupuncture called auricular is also a part of acupuncture therapy.
In weight reduction, ear acupuncture is also very effective. Small tacks and seed sized magnet beads are used to stimulate auricular acupuncture points like shenmen, hunger point, small intestine and endocrine point. Some other points are also used by the acupuncturists e.g. thyroid is used to slow down the metabolism, stomach is used for obesity, spleen is used for sugar and hormonal imbalance.
No doubt, acupuncture is the best therapy for the obesity, but here is a warning. You should never try it home by taking some raw knowledge from books etc. The treatment should always be taken from an experienced acupuncturist
