consult your instructor. Over and under workouts are not going to help.
Do what you enjoy.
It is not mandatory that you stick on any by default type of workout
schedule. You can do what makes you happy. It is not necessary to walk
or run on treadmills you can even go on walk with your friend or your
pet. You can join aerobics or yoga classes too. You can even join dancing
or swimming. Playing any sport like tennis and badminton also helps a
lot.
Walking and Jogging.

can simply have a walk. As a matter of fact it is the best exercise. You
can go for a walk with any reason. Even jogging would be very effective.
It is said that the person who takes less than 6000 steps a day will lead
to overweight and the person who takes more than 8500 steps are said to
have a normal weight.
