It is very difficult to follow all the plans at a time. Isn’t it? There are many various types of care and steps to be taken and followed. It is difficult for all people as they have their life busy and different from others. It would be very easy if these plans are split in small parts.

Here are the few steps which you can follow easily. They can be followed by any one at any time. They are flexible. It does not have any pattern or sequence. You can start with a single step and keep going on adding in it.

Avoid cake or soda: There are many people who have habit of diet soda or pop intake with their food. Even diet soda is not advisable. You need to avoid this as they are full of calories. A single can of these kinds of drinks have about 150 calories. If you start keeping check on these drinks for four weeks that is only a single month you can save your self from about 4200 calories which is about one and a half pound. There are many better options for these cokes and pops. You can drink water. Tea is also good.


Don’t avoid your legs working: It is highly recommended to avoid lifts and elevators. Physical workout also matters a lot. It is better to give your body a little exercise when chance is there. So try to go for little walks and stairs. You will lose many calories.

Depend on Veggies. The preference of food for weight loss is the food having low calories and high nutrition. The best source of it is to have vegetables in your diet. I know it is bit difficult in initial stages. But you will get adapted after some time.

Drink plenty of water: You have to drink plenty of water to save yourself from dehydration. This will even help you in avoiding snacks and junk food. It will help you in digestion. Drink 10-11 glasses a day. Split of the water intake according to your schedules.

Use olive oil: There are many types of food oil available in the market. All contain fats. Olive oil is the best among them. It is bit costly but very healthy. It contains the unsaturated fats which are essential for our diet.

Don’t avoid walking. Some sort of physical workout is a supplement to the weight loss. If you are not able to go in the gym do not worry you can always go for a walk in the mornings or evenings. If you don’t like this take it in a casual way. You can go for a walk with a friend or listen to the music with headphones. Try your car parking away from the place you are there it will save fuel and burn calories.

Lift iron: It is not mandatory to go in the gym regularly and do the heavy weights workout. You need to purchase a good pair of medium weighted dumbbells according to your weight. Try to do workout with various moves for biceps, shoulders and chest. You can find it on magazines or can find on any search engines.

Avoid sweets: It would be better if you avoid sweets like cakes, cookies and chocolates. I know it’s hard to resist but you have to.
